Introduction

OLYM Metal Products Co., Ltd，which founded in 2001，is a specialized investment casting manufacturer，member of China Foundry Association and one of the strongest manufacturers in investment casting industry in China.

We always manufacture high quality precision castings for different industries and find more applications of the investment castings.

Our engineers with rich experience are capable of serving customers with a package solution in terms of optimizing design of part, casting, machining, heat-treatment and finish so that our customers can cut down cost in their products and obtain value-added parts.

Adopting Silica Sol technology in processing, we manufacture various castings covering all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel series such as low, tool, wearing-resistant and heat-resistant alloy steel, as well as stainless steel series such as ferritic, austenitic, martensitic, duplex and precipitation-hardening stainless steel. Our capacity is more than 600 tons per year.

We do OEM manufacturing as per customer’s drawing and sample. We not only provide rough casting but can also do more for customers such as heat treatment, machining, polishing and electro-polishing, plating and etc.

Our product covers wide application in machinery, sewing machine, textile machinery, bathroom, construction equipment, marine hardware, automobile, motorcycle, locomotive, medical equipment, electric tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, agriculture machinery, electronic instrument and meter, construction hardware, furniture, lamp, food processing machine, and etc. We have manufactured more than 1000 part numbers of product and most of them have been exported to the United States, Germany, Spain，Japan and other countries.

Our company is located in famous tour city-Zhaoqing. It is very convenient to reach the company by car (Guang-Zhao Highway and 321 National Way, 80km far from Guangzhou), train (Guang-Mao Railway) and boat (Xijiang River, 140 sea miles away from Hong Kong).

Our company possesses powerful technology, high personal quality staff and scientific and people-oriented management. We have 120 employees including 6 foundry engineers and 2 machining engineers, 3 partners with rich experience in technology and management have been engaged in foundry for more than 20 years.

The company has passed and acquired ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification audited and accredited by a British company-BMT, and we have carried out inspection and control on entire process from raw material input, processing to final delivery, which indicates that we have standardized quality management.

The quality control department is directly led by the general manager, which possesses more than 10 experienced inspectors with high school diploma or higher education. We set up a material laboratory equipped with advanced apparatus and machines like spectrum analyzer which ensures chemical compositions of material to be correct. Adopting of local area network (LAN) connecting different departments and real time monitoring of production process, we have greatly improved efficiency of production management and office operation so that we can assure timely and better service for our customers.

We implement advanced international standards in quality control, the dimensional and geometrical tolerance of casting are compliance with standards of Investment Casting Institute of America (ICI) and German Foundry Society (Verein Deutscher Giessereifachleute, VDG P690). We usually use raw material as per China national standard-GB, America standards-ICI and ASTM, Germany standard-DIN, Japan standard-JIS and so on, so far we have ever used 30 different materials in casting.
